1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Closr ("the Service"), operated by Closr ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Closr is an Instagram DM management platform designed for sales teams. The Service allows you to connect your Instagram Business Account, manage direct messages, organize leads, and collaborate with your team. Features may change over time as we improve the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use Closr, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive messaging practices
• Violate Instagram's or Meta's terms of service or platform policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

5. Instagram and Meta Integration

Closr integrates with Instagram through the Meta Platform. Your use of Instagram data through Closr is subject to both these Terms and Meta's Platform Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Instagram's community guidelines and Meta's policies. We may modify or limit features as required by Meta's platform policies.

When you disconnect your Instagram account from Closr, all associated data will be queued for permanent deletion within 90 days in compliance with Meta's Platform Policy.

6. Service Access

Closr is currently available at no cost during the development and testing phase. Pricing and subscription plans may be introduced in the future, at which point these Terms will be updated to reflect payment terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Closr, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Closr and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you provide through the Service. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Closr available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closr and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
